  After 3 attempts to submit a passport application here and each time the 3 staff picking a new thing to change each time we got told another thing to change which would make this simple task 4 trips.
  
  Very disappointing that everything wasnt picked up in the first appointment which would have saved 3 trips.
  
  Would not suggest this post office for anything more than sending a package if its standard.

  Thank you to the manager who accknowledged my genuine mistake forgetting my wallet today and inability to pay for a product I'd begun using. Your understanding was appreciated.

  I don’t know why I always have to go post office to collect my parcel. I obviously was in home at that moment when delivery was.
  I had several parcels this year by post, unfortunately I’ve had go post office to pick them up every time.
  Delivery man should be educated how to knock the door or ring the door bell before leave a collecting card.
  
  Do not waste other’s time.

  I seldomly give reviews and never give bad ones as such. But I have to say I am appalled with the service of the manager here, so much so, I felt compelled to write this.
  I needed a document witnessed this morning in order to send over east in time. I told the helpful lady at the counter this and she advised the manager was with another member of staff. I said it's ok it will literally take 30 seconds to do and I will wait till he is free.
  Then i was told as she went back abd checked, apparently he would not be free until 2pm (time was 9.15am).
  So basically he didn't have 30sec spare until 2pm.
  Reading the other reviews this is not a isolated incident.

  I went in for a general post office form and I had to line up with people in front.
  Unlike other post offices these forms are only available behind the counter which is ridiculous.
  The manager came out, wandered around a little despite customers needing assistance and a large line forming with only one person on the register.
  Disappointed is an understatement for what I observed of this manager today.
  
  The man at the counter was helpful and pleasant though despite the manager.
