The nest yoga studio opened up just in time for me to enjoy the benefits of it with this pregnancy. Breathing techniques, strong leg work and lots of hip opening poses have helped immensely. With three days to due date I'm now looking forward to mums and bubs classes in the new year!

After chatting to her after class one day I found out she is a qualified social worker as well as a mum, which really makes sense :-) Cannot speak highly enough of this practice!

Rachal is also very very welcoming and you feel nothing but love walking threw the door!
